The Byrum Law Offices is a general practice firm.  We may be defined more by areas in which we do not practice than areas in which we do.  We do not practice in the areas of domestic relations, juvenile matters, criminal defense (not often anyway), or do real estate closings.  Our experience is in litigation - but oftentimes full-blown litigation is not the best solution to someone's legal problems.  Critical thinking about how to solve a problem, not how to charge a client legal fees, is the goal.

Mark began The Byrum Law Offices in 1997 with experience in U.S. Coast Guard disability litigation, Department of Veterans Affairs disability appeals, and private practice experience in insurance defense litigation, automobile accident litigation, products liability litigation, creditors rights, landlord and tenant litigation, traffic violations, including driving while intoxicated, and personal injury litigation.

Lesa came to The Byrum Law Offices in 2003 with experience in private practice in construction litigation, regulatory litigation, employment litigation, collections, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) litigation.

Since becoming a legal team in 2003, Lesa and Mark have continued to focus their practice in the above matters and have expanded their practice to include personal injury, estate matters, business set-up and advising, and business dispute litigation.  We commit to working for you to try to find solutions for your problems.
